Health Equity Partnership Video Objectives
We targeted the content of this video at people wanting to learn about the Health Equity Partnership’s projects at an operational level, including stakeholders and supporters internally and externally to the NHS
We aimed to outline the organisations involved, how the project was funded and what activities were undertaken to improve health inequalities in Lewisham
Video editing operational activities
We structured the edit so the viewer could narratively follow a member of the public through the partnerships activities. Starting from when an individual is found in the community, provided with important health information, directed to the community health hub for health checks and then being referred to NHS specialists as their health needs require.
Communicating co-design in the edited video
We edited the video to ensure the co-design of the initiatives were accurately communicated with specialists in their respective areas detailing their project activities and achievements.
